Cancellation must be received before 00:00hrs two days prior of arrival to avoid charge of first night.

Please note the hotel does not have a lift, bedrooms are on first and second floors of the Hotel.

Any guest smoking in their room will have a fee of £100 charged to their room.

Any outstanding charges should be paid on departure.
Guest's are liable for any damage they may cause to Hotel property.We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred to your room or Hotel property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you depart (minimum charge £100).

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.Where this is the case, we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
