Our Chef/Proprietor is on annual leave, as a result there will be no cooked breakfast available and the restaurant is CLOSED.Our bar will be serving drinks only with limited hours.We have reflected the reduction of service with discounted rates. Only a room only package can be booked.Complimentary continental breakfast will be available.Please contact the hotel if you require any further information.

Our restaurant is closed as the kitchen is undergoing maintenance.Our bar will be serving drinks only with limited hours.Breakfast service will operate as usual with full cooked and continental breakfast options available.Please contact the hotel if you require any further information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation must be received before 00:00hrs two days prior to arrival – any cancellation received after this time will result in charge of first night.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check in between 15:00hrs to 22:00hrs.
Check-out is 10:30hrs.
**Times outside of these specified hours must be agreed with the hotel, prior to arrival**

ACCESSIBILITY:
Bedrooms are on first and second floor of the Hotel - please note the hotel does not have a lift.If you have any walking difficulties contact Hotel directly.
SMOKING:
The hotel is a non-smoking building by Law.Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, this includes e-cigarettes.Any guest smoking in their room will have a fee of £100 charged to their room.
CREDIT CARD HOLD:
A valid credit / debit card will be required to check in to the hotel.Guest's must pay all outstanding charges on departure.Guest's are liable for any damage they may cause to Hotel property.We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any damage incurred to your room or Hotel property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you depart (minimum charge £100).
CONDUCT:
Guest's are requested to conduct themselves appropriately and to comply with procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, it's employees and guests.
We would appreciate it, if you would be as quiet as possible when passing through all common areas in the Hotel.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.Where this is the case, we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
