Such a nice hotel - lovely staff, delicious food, great position for exploring the western Lakes. The rooms are all a bit different (it's an old building) but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It will always be our first choice when we're in the area. - Linda B
The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable but dinner was just something else, quite definitely some of the most amazing food we’ve experienced. 8 of us and all without exception would agree with these sentiments. It wouldn’t be fair to pick on a particular dish but I have to say the mushroom starter was something else as was the fresh fish main. Very well done for providing us with a great experience. - David Warburton
This is the second time we have stayed at the Manor House and as usual we received a lovely friendly welcome.This friendliness from all the staff continued throughout our stay.The food is, as always, very good but one word of warning the breakfasts are enormous. We found that any problems were solved immediately.We will certainly be back. - Paul & Jenny W
